Triple Raspberry Smoothie

Makes 1 serving

Smoothie variations are almost endless. For example, try peach yogurt, or vanilla, or key lime, or just plain. And use a raspberry-white grape juice or other raspberry juice blend. Just remember that there’s no need to thaw the berries – just add them right from the freezer.

1 cup IQF Washington raspberries
1 carton (6 ounces) raspberry yogurt
1/2 cup cran-raspberry juice

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
