Research Chefs Sample Washington Raspberries

Receptions at the Research Chefs of America annual conference in Seattle and at the NRA show in Chicago featured chef specialties prepared with Washington Red Raspberries.

At the Seattle conference, the Washington Red Raspberry Commission was the sponsor of the first-time (and popular) dessert reception.; Several hundred members tasted a Raspberry Crème Brulee (recipe from Chef Lisa Schroeder of Mother’s Bistro in Portland, OR).
